Sign in through your organisation

OptiTSM has no password of its own. Sign-in goes to your own identity provider and comes back with the groups it says you hold; those groups decide what you may see. Your entry point carries your tenant:

/auth/login?tenant=<your-tenant-slug>

Your estate lives at /t/<your-tenant-slug>/cmdb. Follow the link your administrator gave you — this page cannot look a tenant up for you, and does not confirm whether one exists.
